Shipping Policy

If the items are not in stock we will contact you as soon as possible.

Items will be dispatched once payment has been approved and the delivery/billing address has been verified.

*Standard delivery UK on orders under 1250g - By Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery

*Courier Delivery UK on orders over 1250g - By Fedex UK 24/48 Hour Delivery Service

*International Delivery only on orders under 2kg - By Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery

Shipping costs for a product are based upon the weight of your item.

*Please be aware that your patience may be requested for those harder to reach destinations, or due to unforeseen weather/traffic conditions.


Orders can be delivered to either a business or residential address. To ensure your order reaches you safely a signature is required at the delivery address in exchange for the order. Should the delivery address be unattended at the time of delivery, a delivery card will be left in the letterbox-advising customer to contact the shipping company to arrange a time for the order to be delivered. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Cancellations and return Policy

If you wish to cancel your order:

(a) You can notify us by email to or call us on +44 (0) 1233 636678 before we have dispatched the goods to you; or

(b) Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause set out below.

You can return goods you have ordered from us if Merchandise is not satisfactory or which does not correspond with its description or which fails to comply with any other item implied by the sale of Goods Act 1979 on sale to a customer any time within 5 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you and will only be accepted if in the same condition as when the item(s) first left Bio Pathica Ltd.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been used.

If not accompanied by a receipt: The Company may at its discretion issue a merchandise credit for the lowest retail price for which the merchandise was sold while it was last in the stock. We kindly remind our customers that invoices and requests for Tax Free Refunds must be made at the time of purchase. This is a statement of Policy only, which may be changed at any time and does not affect your statutory rights.


Should a customer miss a delivery it is then the customers responsibility to re-arrange delivery or alternatively to pick this item up from an assigned collection point.

Once the customer has signed for the goods, this signifies that the goods have been accepted and approved of by the customer. Bio Pathica Ltd is no longer liable for any damages or claims against the item.

Bio Pathica Ltd reserves the right to change shipping delivery terms and conditions at any time; this does not affect your statutory rights.
